Quick and Easy Broccoli Salad

This broccoli salad is a go-to dish in the Fit and Fab Living office. Whether you're looking for a side dish to share , or just an afternoon snack, this recipe will totally satisfy your tummy and taste buds!

Ingredients:

Salad:

  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups diced apple chunks
  • 1/2 sweet red onion, sliced thin
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup walnuts

Dressing:

  • 1/2 C. low-fat greek yogurt
  • 1/2 C. low-fat mayonnaise

Directions:

Toss salad ingredients together and mix into combined dressing ingredients. Mix well, refrigerate at least 1 hour .
