Don't Skip the Stretches: Easy Ways to Make a Big Impact
A lot of times we can accumulate a lot of tension in our deltoids without realizing it. This stretch relieves any soreness in this area of your back for ultimate relief after a workout. Sit yourself down in butterfly position with your legs bent and the soles of your feet touching. Swing your arms out loosely and use the momentum to stretch one arm towards the opposite side of your body. Use the other arm to pull that extended arm into your chest and deepen the stretch.
