By using food as a reward for living a healthy lifestyle, it puts eating healthy in the "negative reinforcement" category. When healthy habits themselves are considered a reward, it's only natural that you will consistently work towards those goals.
Restraining from using food as a reward, however, doesn’t mean you can’t indulge every once in a while. The
